The fourth and last step of the GROW coaching model is choosing a series of OPTIONS designed to achieve superior results. OPTIONS are then selected and converted into a “WAY FORWARD” plan (action steps) based upon their ease of implementation, potential impact and likelihood of success. The WAY FORWARD plan is written by the employee.
